Store Policy

Store Policies

Welcome to our shop! As a family-owned, woman-owned, BIPOC-owned business rooted in ethical, small-batch production, our policies are designed to protect the integrity of our handmade work while ensuring every customer has a positive experience. Please review the guidelines below, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

1. Handmade Production

All of our garments are hand-sewn by our family and team of seamstresses in our small factory in Quito, Ecuador and finished through our home studio in Golden, BC. Because each piece is crafted individually, variations in stitching or fabric texture may naturally occur—these are part of the character and authenticity of handmade clothing.

2. Sizing & Inclusivity

We proudly design clothing for all genders, bodies, shapes, and expressions.
Our sizing is intentionally inclusive, and many designs offer flexible fits.

If you need help choosing a size, please reference our Size Guide or reach out—our team is always happy to support you.

3. Ordering & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Since we are a small batch operation, we only offer what is on hand and available through our website. If your interested in wholesale please contact us.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification once your package is on its way.

If you need to modify an order, contact us as soon as possible.

4. Shipping

We offer domestic and international shipping.
Shipping rates and timeframes are calculated at checkout.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control, but we will always support you in tracking your order.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Because we are a small business creating handmade goods, we do not always offer full refunds. However, we always support exchanges or store credit whenever possible.

Key Points

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Exchanges and store credit are our primary options.

  • Refunds are evaluated case-by-case, typically for manufacturing issues or order errors.

  • Final sale or custom items may not be eligible for return.

For full details, please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy page.

6. Quality Concerns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We stand behind the quality of our handmade clothing and will work quickly to make things right.

7. Ethical & Sustainable Practices

We operate with a strong commitment to ethical fashion—fair labor, mindful production, and waste-conscious processes. Our mission is to educate, inspire, and deliver clothing that supports better choices for people and the planet.

8. Customer Support

Our FAQ page includes helpful information regarding sizing, ordering, materials, shipping, and care instructions.
