We are a family-owned, small-batch clothing business, and every piece is handmade with care. Because of the nature of our work, we do not always offer full refunds—but we always make sure you’re taken care of through exchanges or store credit whenever possible.
Below you’ll find our full policy, written to be easy to understand and customer-supportive while protecting the value of our hand-sewn items.
Eligibility Requirements
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All tags or packaging (if applicable) should be included.
Because each garment is hand-sewn and often made to order, returned items must be in perfect condition to be eligible for any form of return, exchange, or store credit.
Exchanges
We are always happy to help with exchanges.
If your item doesn’t fit or you’d prefer a different size, color, or style:
• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days
• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• We will begin exchanging your item once your original item is received and inspected
Exchanges are the best way for us to offer continued support while maintaining the sustainability of our small, handcrafted production.
Store Credit
If an exchange isn’t the right option, we gladly offer store credit for eligible returns.
Store credit can be used anytime on any product and does not expire.
It’s a flexible option that allows you to choose something perfect when you’re ready.
Refunds
Because we are a small, family-run business producing handmade clothing, full refunds are not always available.
Refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis when:

Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund, including:

Any item showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not present upon delivery

Receive Return Instructions
We will provide the correct return address and any additional details. -
Ship Your Item Back
Please ensure your package is securely sealed. (Tracking is recommended.) -
Inspection & Processing
Once your item arrives, we’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days. -
Exchange or Store Credit Issued
We’ll notify you as soon as your exchange is in progress or your store credit is ready.
